We make this regularly in our family, it easily feeds 5 of us with something like a curry or a stew or hotpot.

250g Plain Flour 150g Water 5g Salt
Method
Roll just under a pound coin thickness Grill 2 mins each side, roughly.
Variations
- Put some spices in the dough to make it more interesting
- Roll it out half thickness, put a small amount of tomato sauce, cheese, ham etc, then fold over (removing the air) and you've got stuffed flatbread.
