Ingredients
Dry
300g Plain White Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
50g Caster Sugar
Pinch of salt
75g unsalted butter, cubed
Wet
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
90g Yoghurt
40g Whole Milk
Method
Preheat (fan) oven to 200°C
Bring dry ingredients together in food processor until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Beat the wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to food processor and whizz for a few seconds until it's a dough
Knead for a few seconds by hand
Roll out to about 3 cm thick
Cut into 10 with the second smallest cutter or 8 with the next size up
Bake for 15-16 minutes
